Every platter comes with basmati rice and a cucumber tomato salad; add a note for hummus instead. Platters run from ₱340 to ₱490 on Grab, depending on the main and the rice.

Special yellow basmati, seasoned with herbs and onion.
Mujadara
Brown basmati slow-cooked for almost an hour with lentils, onion, herbs and cardamom.
