What we keep

When you order through sababamf.com/order we keep your name, mobile number, delivery address and landmark, your area, and what you ordered. We use them to deliver your food, to recognise you when you order again, and to understand what our customers enjoy.

What we don't do

We never sell or share your details, and we don't send marketing messages. We don't keep any payment details: you pay us directly by GCash or bank transfer.

Who can see it

Only Sababa, and LINK, the agency that runs our website, can see your details. They're stored securely with our website's database provider in Singapore.

How long we keep it

While you're a customer. If you haven't ordered for two years, we delete your details.

Seeing or deleting your details

Message us on WhatsApp (0915 171 5176) any time to ask what we have about you, or to have it deleted. We'll do it promptly.
